Arts Consultant 

Cathy consults on arts development and impact, and cultural policy. Her diverse career has included international policy development, leadership of national music education initiatives and strategic consultancy. She specialises in the development of creative learning programmes, strategic organisational and partnership development, and change management. Cathy is passionate about inclusion, equity and accessibility and brings a wealth of lived experience.
